Four steps: tell us what the asset is, fingerprint the documents that evidence it, declare everyone who is due a fee at settlement, and review what you're submitting.
Your documents are fingerprinted in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded and never leaves your device — only the fingerprint is submitted, which is enough for us to confirm later that a document hasn't changed.
The class you select determines which documents are required below.
Each document is hashed on your device. Choose a file to fingerprint it, or mark it as coming later.
A missing document does not stop you submitting. It stops verification from completing, and we will tell you exactly which one is outstanding rather than leaving you to guess.
Everyone due a fee is listed here, including brokers, finders, and advisors on any side of the transaction. The full table is shown to every named party before anyone signs.
Fee types are treated differently. A fee for services rendered is one thing; compensation calculated on the transaction value and payable only if the deal closes is another, and where the asset is a security that second kind may require the recipient to be registered. Declaring it here is what lets us route it correctly rather than discovering it at closing.
This is the record that gets sealed. Every party listed above receives an identical copy.
Submitting seals this record and opens verification. It is not an agreement to transact and commits no funds.
